Custom premixes for all animal species
We develop custom premixes composed of vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and additives, tailored to meet the nutritional needs of various species: ruminants, pigs, poultry, horses, rabbits, and pet food.
Dosages range from 0.1% to 2.5% depending on the formulation; these powdered products are incorporated into the animal’s feed and are formulated specifically to meet its nutritional needs throughout its life. Our premixes are custom-formulated in close alignment with the our client’s objectives, available raw materials, and farming conditions (sanitary, technical, and environmental).

Mineral and trace element intake is essential for balanced rations and plays a key role in nutritional balance, preventing deficiencies, and supporting the health and productivity of ruminants. Developed by our nutrition experts, Mixscience offers a wide range of mineral supplementation solutions for dairy cows, beef cattle, and small ruminants (sheep, goats, etc.).

Manufactured at our production sites in France and Brazil on dedicated production lines, these products are available in semolina, pellets, or powder form and are easily incorporated into feed rations. Packaging is tailored to customers’ technical requirements (bags, big bags, and bulk).

As part of our quality policy, our suppliers follow a structured approval process, including verification of international certifications (RCNA INTERNATIONAL standards for OQUALIM, GMP+, FCA, FAMI-QS) and on-site audits of their facilities. These controls ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and optimal safety of raw materials.

A Pilot workshop for product validation prior to industrialization
Mixscience operates a pilot workshop dedicated to validating industrial innovations. This facility enables us to test product compliance under industrial conditions and to ensure their stability during factory handling as well as their nutritional reliability.
Certification of our production facilities
Our manufacturing facilities are committed to a continuous quality improvement process, with dedicated production lines for each product type. They benefit from dual certification and adhere to rigorous manufacturing practices:
- RCNA INTERNATIONAL (OQUALIM) ensures compliance with good hygiene practices and HACCP principles for the manufacture of all our products.
- FCA (OVOCOM) guarantees the safety and quality of the animal feed production chain and certifies compliance with international standards.
In addition, to meet the needs of the industry, we hold the necessary certifications for the manufacture of premixes for use in organic farming. All our minerals meet the requirements of the non-GMO technical framework (STNO equivalent to VLOG).
