I discovered the feed service sector during my final year internship and later joined Mixscience to support the development of the broiler poultry sector. My mission is to help feed manufacturers and integrators strengthen their competitiveness and innovation, providing guidance that combines nutrition, technical expertise and industrial know how, in close collaboration with formulation and R&D teams. It’s a demanding, fast moving role driven by constant challenges. Traveling, meeting professionals from diverse backgrounds and contributing to the progress of the sector are what give real meaning to my work.

I joined the company in 2022 as a warehouse operator and forklift driver and quickly expanded my skills through diverse tasks: welcoming drivers, delivery notes, weighbridge. Versatility is truly part of my daily work. I was also the first woman to join the logistics team — today we are four. Diversity and inclusion are real at Mixscience. The atmosphere in logistics is a real driver, even on the busiest days. We can rely on each other, and there’s genuine solidarity. Mixscience is a company that puts safety first and gives us real opportunities to grow in our roles.

I joined the company in 2010 after a temporary assignment and gradually progressed within the logistics platform: order receipt and preparation, then line pilot, before becoming team leader. I’ve always valued the atmosphere and the support of my colleagues. Today, my role focuses on safety, quality and coordination to ensure good working conditions for all and quality of shipments. What motivates me is the diversity of the job, organizing tasks and supporting the team. Despite the constraints, solidarity and a positive atmosphere make all the difference.

I joined Mixscience in 2019 as an intern in poultry expertise. After completing my internship, I became a full time member of the Poultry R&D team, where I worked as a researcher for five years before moving to the customer formulation team.
Our role is to support customer projects in France and abroad. Our main objective is to design feed formulas tailored to each physiological stage while ensuring cost optimisation. The scope of our work is broad: coordinating between purchasing, R&D and production teams, designing and monitoring control plans, and conducting specific studies on raw materials, among many other tasks.
What motivates me most is the variety of missions and the quality of interactions with our clients. Each customer has their own specificities, expectations and needs, which makes every day both enriching and full of new challenges.

Florian DUBAS
Mineral Workshop Manager Mixscience Château-Gontier :

Coming from the logistics sector, I joined the company in March 2024 as a team leader before moving into the role of Mineral Workshop Manager. Even without prior experience in this field, I was trusted. My role is to ensure productivity, safety and quality, while building a strong safety culture and a collective mindset. We recently celebrated three years without an accident, which is a great source of pride. Contributing to the workshop’s development and helping colleagues grow gives true purpose to my job. I was given the opportunity to grow in just a year and a half, while maintaining my personal and family balance.
